	About Our Team Members Our team here at Simpliciti Solutions is currently made up of our two co-founders, Oliver Garraux and Mike K. Owino. As our operations ramp up and expand in the future we may be interested in hiring additional employees to supplement us. About Oliver Background Oliver Garraux was born in the Carolina's and lived throughout the midwest before settling in Indianapolis to attend college. After obtaining a passion for computers in middle school, he pursued IT further in high school by working summers for the school district technology department, and also at a local storage technology company for a short time. By competing in IT related contests in high school, he broadened his knowledge and honed his skills in preparation for college, and now for Simpliciti Solutions. Oliver enjoys working with servers and networks, in addition to programming. He runs a sizable network at his house, and is a big fan of server virtualization. Vision Both Oliver and Mike view technology as a major cost-saving factor for small businesses, and want our organization to help yours minimize the problems that technology causes, while maximizing the benefits that it provides to your business. Here is Oliver's take on that: We know that small businesses often can’t take advantage of the latest technological innovations because they lack in-house technology experts to implement and manage them. This leaves them at a competitive disadvantage against other competitors with a larger workforce. About Mike Background Mike Owino is an IT specialist for a local university in Indiana who has worked in Italy, Kenya and more recently in Malawi. Mike first fell in love with technology while in high school. This love led him to complete a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Purdue University in Indianapolis. Mike has been working and extending his skills in information technology systems. He has extensive experience spanning a decade in both user and technology equipment support. Mike's work on three continents – Europe, Africa and North America, has enriched his exposure to technology at the global level. Vision We view technology as the "savior in chief". It will save entrepreneurs time, it will save small businesses money and it will give NGO’s more exposure and freedom to spread their cause.
